Provides Low-Cost Identification or Calibration Solution for Sensors and Accessories with Efficient Single-Contact Operation

Description

The DS28E05 is a 112-byte user-programmable EEPROM organized as 7 pages of 16 bytes each. Memory pages can be individually set to write protected or EPROM emulation mode through protection byte settings. Each part has its own guaranteed unique 64-bit ROM identification number (ROM ID) that is factory programmed into the chip. The DS28E05 communicates over Maxim Integrated's single contact 1-Wire® interface at overdrive speed with the ROM ID acting as node address in the case of a multiple-device 1-Wire network.

MAX44281

Ultra-Small, Ultra-Thin, 4-Bump Op Amp

Industry's Smallest and Thinnest Op Amp (0.9mm x 0.9mm x 0.5mm)

Description

The MAX44281 is the industry's first op amp in a 4-bump WLP package, designed for use in portable consumer and medical applications. This device is offered as a noninverting amplifier with gain (AV) of +1V/V, +2V/V, or +10V/V.

The device features rail-to-rail output, low 100µV input voltage offset, and 15MHz of bandwidth with only 700µA of supply current.

The device features shutdown functionality by pulling VDD to ground. During shutdown, both the input and the output are high impedance.

The device is available in an ultra-small, 0.86mm x 0.86mm, 4-bump WLP package with 0.5mm height. It is specified over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
